James M. Roane III is the owner and lead attorney of Roane Law in Greensboro, NC, a successful law firm representing plaintiffs in legal proceedings involving serious motor vehicle and personal injury accidents as well as nursing home neglect and abuse cases. He has been practicing in North Carolina since 1999, and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Very few attorneys in the nation are members of this group.

Meranda E. Barrow was raised in Stokesdale, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2003. Meranda received her certification as a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal in 2007.

Kerri Nicks was raised in Trinity, North Carolina. She attended Trinity High School and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1996. Kerri has worked as a paralegal since 1996 focusing on litigation and workers' compensation. Kerri came to work at Roane Law in January 2009.

Jim Roane - Roane Law

Jim Roane is the private investigator for Roane Law. His role includes interviewing witnesses, taking scene photographs and assisting in accident investigations. Jim also just enjoys meeting clients here in the office, helping them with their cases and making them feel at home. Some of our clients still come back to see him even after their case is over.
