Meranda E. Barrow was raised in Stokesdale, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2003. Meranda received her certification as a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal in 2007.

Kerri Nicks was raised in Trinity, North Carolina. She attended Trinity High School and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1996. Kerri has worked as a paralegal since 1996 focusing on litigation and workers' compensation. Kerri came to work at Roane Law in January 2009.

Jim Roane, Investigator

Jim Roane - Roane Law


Jim Roane is the private investigator for Roane Law. His role includes interviewing witnesses, taking scene photographs and assisting in accident investigations. Jim also just enjoys meeting clients here in the office, helping them with their cases and making them feel at home. Some of our clients still come back to see him even after their case is over.

Brittani Earnhardt was raised in High Point, North Carolina. She graduated from Ledford Senior High School and obtained her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Technology from Forsyth Technical Community College in 2012. She also received her certification as a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal as well as a certification in Mediation from Guilford College in 2012.

Brittani began her legal career in 2008 as a Litigation assistant while in school to become a nurse. She developed a passion for helping those who are injured through the legal field, thus changing her focus to become a certified paralegal. Brittani focuses on Civil Litigation, Nursing Home Neglect, and Medical Malpractice claims.
